FAQ
Where are you located?
Logan Square, Chicago. Daycare and boarding happen at my home, which has a fully fenced yard with plenty of room to roam and play.
Do I need a meet & greet first?
Yes — a free meet & greet is required for every new client before a first daycare or boarding stay. I do this for everyone, so I can be sure your dog is safe and comfortable.
What vaccinations does my dog need?
Your dog should be up to date on core vaccinations, including rabies. See the Care Agreement for details.
Can you take more than one dog?
Yes. Boarding is $75/night for the first dog and $60/night for each additional dog from the same family.
How do I pay, and what if I need to cancel?
Payment is arranged directly — nothing is collected when you book. I just ask for 3 days' notice to change or cancel so I can offer the spot to another pup. Tips are never expected, but always warmly appreciated — they go straight to extra treats, longer walks, and belly rubs.
